Main objectives.

Optimized Airflow: Directs cool air into the center of the brake disc for maximum cooling efficiency.

Wheel Compatibility: Fully compatible with 225/40/R18 (JCW 18 inch wheel) tires without the need for spacers.

Innovative Dual-Feed Cooling Solution:

Our system integrates two air feeds per side, seamlessly built into the aluminum back plates.

Primary Air Feed: Utilizes the original wheel arch opening (available on both S and JCW models).
Secondary Air Feed: Uses a lower air diverter to direct airflow from underneath the car.

Both feeds work together to channel cold air directly to the center of the brake disc, optimizing cooling efficiency.

Why Center Feed Cooling Matters:

The internal veins of a brake disc function like a centrifugal fan, pulling in cool air from the center and expelling hot air at the outer edge.

Conventional air-guiding systems that only cool the disc face create two major issues:

Ineffective cooling – Fails to cool the entire disc evenly.
Increased risk of cracking – Uneven heat distribution leads to thermal stress and potential failure.

Our back plates serve a dual purpose:
